Problems
Problem 1: There are too few locations. If customers want to go to Rock 'n' Joe, depending on where they live, might have to travel a distance to get there.
Problem 2: Accessibility to the shop is difficult since parking at the train station needs to be paid for. Customers will either need to park far away, pay for parking near the station or pay for the train. Customers who do not already pay for the parking or take the train regularly will not want to do that, which might cause them to go somewhere else instead.
Problem 3: Rock 'n' Joe is understaffed. Being understaffed could lead to not keeping up with the orders. Not keeping up with the orders will cause long lines, which could get the customers impatient or angry.
Problem 4: Rock 'n' Joe's main competition are big franchises. Examples are Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. This is a very big problem because both of them are very well known and popular. It will take away a lot of the business from Rock 'n' Joe, especially since there are Starbucks at Kean University.
